“Our goal is to provide quality financial services through personalized service and the teamwork of our employees.”
US Metro Bank has inaugurated its 8th service branch marking the second physical location to open in Los Angeles Koreatown. Taking management of its new Olympic branch is a 27-year experienced banker, Mikyoung Kim.
Kim started her career at California Korea Bank in 1996 and worked as an operations and service manager at Hanmi Bank and Bank of Hope. Having held its soft opening on December 19, the Olympic branch is staffed by five experienced professionals, including Kim, each averaging over 20 years in the industry.
“Customer satisfaction is maximized when everyone works together as a team,” Kim said. “Once customers are satisfied with the service, marketing automatically follows.”
Situated on the ground floor of Manhee Manor, a mixed-use apartment building at the intersection of Olympic Blvd. and Catalina St., the Olympic branch lies in the heart of Koreatown. The 2,875-square-foot space includes five parking spaces for bank customers. The location is particularly advantageous for its high foot traffic and easy accessibility.
“It is a full-service branch that provides all the bank’s business and services, including deposit and loan services and TM services,” said Kim. “Our clients can comfortably conduct loan and mortgage consultations in a conference room.”
In preparation for the grand opening scheduled for next January, the branch is organizing branch opening promotions.
” To cater to our customers’ needs, we will be offering a short-term CD product with a competitive interest rate,” said Kim. “High-yield savings and money markets accounts are also a part of our product offering plans.”
