
The discount store retailer Target has recently made K-Beauty cosmetic products available on its online store.
On September 6, CNBC broadcasted that Target, in corporation with the K-Beauty Internet platform Glow Recipe, has launched a new collection, Glow Studio.
The media also commented on the increasing popularity of Korean cosmetic products, thanks to the effective uses of natural ingredients like green tea. It added that people pay attention to such products’ preventive effects from acne and wrinkles.
“K-Beauty is one of the fastest growing categories in premium skin care at Target,” Target’s chief merchandising officer Mark Tritton said in a press release.
“Target-exclusive collection allows our guests to effortlessly incorporate K-Beauty products into their beauty regimen, all for an incredible price,” he added. Target offers the products for affordable prices, which range from $5 to $38.
The discount store retailer also plans to introduce another K-Beauty brand, Make P:rem.
