Mamamoo to make stops in nine U.S. cities as part of world tour ‘My Con’

Girl group Mamamoo will hold its world tour “My Con” in nine U.S. cities starting May, announced its agency RBW on Thursday.

Mamamoo will be performing in New York on May 16, Baltimore on May 18, Atlanta on May 20, Nashville on May 22, Fort Worth on May 22, Chicago on May 27, Glendale on May 31, Oakland on June 2 and L.A. on June 4.

“My Con,” which started on Nov. 18 in Olympic Hall, southern Seoul, is the girl group’s first world tour. So far, the girl group has performed in Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines.

Tickets for the U.S. leg of “My Con” will go on sale at the end of this month.

The quartet — Moon Byul, Solar, Whee In and Hwa Sa— debuted in 2014 and is known for each member’s musical talents. They are known for their hits “Mr. Ambiguous” (2014), “Um Oh Ah Yeh” (2015), “Decalcomanie” (2016), “Yes I am” (2017) and “gogobebe” (2019).

Mamamoo’s subunit duo, Mamamoo + consisting of Moon Byul and Solar will release “Act 1, Scene 1” on March 29.
