Leap Day deals are coming, Circle K to offer 40 cents off gas per gallon

Circle K convenience store chain is gearing up to celebrate Leap Day with a special event.

On February 29, Circle K will offer discounted gas prices at select locations as a part of the “Fuel Day Pop-up” event, according to NBC and KTLA.

This promotion aims to usher drivers into savings by providing discounted fuel prices during a three-hour window on Thursday, February 29, from 4 to 7 p.m.

At participating locations, motorists can enjoy a discount of 40 cents per gallon of fuel, with the reduced price prominently displayed on the pump during the specified timeframe, the company said.

In addition to discounted fuel, Circle K’s Leap Day celebration includes an enticing offer for car owners with a 50 percent discount on car washes for the entire day of February 29.

The discounted gas and car wash event will take place at various participating Circle K locations, spanning cities such as San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Sacramento, San Bernardino, and more across California.

Other companies are also joining in to mark this unique once-in-four-years occasion with special promotions.

Chipotle is inviting its Rewards members with an offer of free guacamole, accessible through the online app using the code “EXTRA24” on Leap Day.

Customers can indulge in a sweet deal at Krispy Kreme, where customers can get a second dozen doughnuts for just $2.29 with the purchase of a dozen.

Wendy’s is treating customers to its brand-new Cinnabon Pull-Aparts for free during breakfast hours. This offer is available for in-person, online, or app orders while supplies last.
