[KYCC]
Korean American Youth Center KYCC is hosting a free workshop to provide practical help to aspiring Korean-American entrepreneurs.

The KYCC Economic Development Department announced that they will be hosting a workshop for Korean-American entrepreneurs on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. for two weeks, from May 16 to 25, on the fourth floor of KYCC Headquarters (3727 W. 6th st. #402) in Koreatown, Los Angeles.

The purpose of the workshop is to provide professional advice and show them the ropes around the industry to prospective entrepreneurs and current Korean American entrepreneurs running small businesses.

The workshop will cover topics such as identifying business trends, business accounting, labor laws and employer liability, financing and business credit management, insurance calculators, and social media marketing.

SBDP Coordinator Sabin Kim said that the workshops will cover everything from preparing to start a business to managing employees, and will be delivered in an easy-to-understand manner by experts in the field who will provide valuable information that aspiring and current business owners need to know about running a business.

Those interested in attending KYCC’s upcoming entrepreneurship workshop can register by emailing smallbusiness@kyccla.org or online.
