H Mart Asian Food Festival will run from October 17 to 26 at the H Mart Westminster(16450 Beach Blvd.) location in Orange County. The 10-day celebration by the nation’s largest Asian supermarket chain will highlight diverse Asian cuisines and cultures through free tastings, traditional performances, and family-friendly activities. During the festival, H Mart Smart Card members can enjoy special discounts on popular Asian food products. Free tasting sessions will be held from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on the weekends of October 17–19 and October 24–26, featuring signature dishes from Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Thailand, and other Asian countries.
Families can also enjoy interactive events such as face painting and balloon art, offered during weekend afternoons to create a welcoming environment for children and parents.
A traditional lion dance performance will take place on October 18 at 1 p.m., bringing lively movement and rhythm to symbolize good fortune and blessings for festivalgoers.
In addition, a “Lucky Spin” event will run from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. on October 18–19 and October 25–26. H Mart Smart Card members who spend $50 or more can participate for a chance to win store items and gift cards. Visitors may also join the activity without purchase, though prizes will be available only while supplies last.
