1. Cinnamon tea
Strong scent of cinnamon is effective when you want to warm your body. Cinnamon tea is especially helpful for the blood circulation, which may warm your stomach and activate its functions. Cinnamon tea is helpful during winter season when digestive functions are disturbed due to coldness. Add 10 grams of cinnamon to 1 liter of boiling water. You may add some honey add flavor to your tea.
2. Licorice tea
Licorice is utilized as tea and sometimes as medicine. Glycyrrhizin in licorice known for detoxification, easing cough and congestion. Also, licorice accelerates metabolism, stabilizes the nerve and clarifies blood. Add 10 grams of licorice to half a liter of boiling water and boil it down.
3. Dong quai tea
According to Korean Medicine, dong quai clarifies blood. Warmness of dong quai is helpful for those who suffers from coldness. Add 10 grams of dong quai to 300 to 500ml of water and boil the mixture down. As water starts boiling, turn the gas down and let it boil for a long time.
4. Ginger tea
Ginger tea helps the blood circulation, which is helpful to warm your body. Spice of ginger calms down bloated stomach.
