As the year’s end is nearing, K-pop fans all around the world look forward to special year-end events – song festivals and music awards presented by major broadcasting stations. Last night, KBS successfully ended its song festival, with two star hosts – Park Bo-gum and Seol-hyun – and hottest K-pop artists of this year.
Stages of KBS’s song festival this year were fulfilling more than ever, especially because of so many groups performed exceptional stages. Not only did they present the best of their performances, but they also collaborated with other groups, creating synergetic effects.

3. The “97 Line”
K-pop idols who are turning 20 – BTS’s Jungkook, G.Friend’s Yuju and Eunha, I.O.I’s Jung Chaeyeon, SEVENTEEN’s Mingyu, Dokyeom, and The 8, TWICE’s Jihyo, GOT7’s Yugyeom and BamBam – sang YB’s “I’m a Butterfly,” cheering the young adults. Seventeen’s Seungkwan, Jeonghan, Joshua, and Wooji played in the band as well.

2. K-pop Rookies
47 members from rising K-pop idol groups – Oh My Girl, LABOUM, UP10TION, WJSN, Astro, and NCT Dream – brought Justin Bieber’s “Baby” on the stage.
