3 things to keep in mind when you start working out

Working out is one of the first things to be listed when you try to go for a healthier life style. At the same time, however, it is one of the first things that will fail you. When you start working out without particular motivation or a specific goal, vague goals like “to lose some weight” or “to be healthier” won’t help you much.

Experts comment that “gym exercises such as muscle-building or running on treadmills is relatively boring, making people give up on working out faster.” In order to continue your healthy habit, it is important to find the motivation.

If you just started working out, keep these three things in mind to guide yourself.

1. Treat your body as a corporation you operate.
If you made up your mind, plan a long-term strategy to succeed as CEOs do to operate their corporations.

2. Stretching is not the only way to warm up
Before you start your workout routine, prepare your body with some lighter activities, such as high knees

3. Don’t test your limits
Being willing is essential, but overdoing is not the key to success as study results say that continuing intensive exercises increases the possibility of anemia and infertility.
