The 1st Senior Retirement Fair, co-hosted by Korean American Medical Group (KAMG) and the Korea Daily, will be held on Saturday, November 16, at the Saenuri Church in Los Angeles Koreatown to help Korean Americans achieve a rich and stable retirement life.
The fair is specially sponsored by KAMG and will be supported by Open Bank, CBB, Shinhan America, H Mart, Paris Baguette, Emart America, Nongshim, Blue Anchor, Syncis, SH Financial Group, SCAN Health Plan, AGA Insurance, and Hot Deal.
The Korea Daily’s Retirement Fair will be held for the first time this year and will feature seminars on a variety of topics including healthcare, insurance, and financial management, all of which are essential to life after retirement. Participating companies and sponsors will provide in-depth retirement-related information through one-on-one consultations at their booths.

Hanmi Medical Group, in collaboration with 10 of its affiliated hospitals, will host free clinics on-site, giving participants the opportunity to check their individual health conditions.
The seminar will also provide an opportunity for Korean-American seniors to understand and receive counseling on complex and cumbersome medical, insurance, and financial management information, such as Medicare benefits, free nursing home placement, and reverse mortgages.
The seminars will be divided into time slots and feature useful information for those approaching or already in retirement.
All visitors to the event will receive a copy of the 2024 Korea Daily Retirement Guide and free giveaways from Nongshim. In addition, attendees will be able to win prizes through a raffle worth $20,000, including round-trip tickets to Korea on Air Premia, a Samsung 75-inch LED TV, an Everest bag, health supplements, and H Mart gift cards.

The seminar is free to attend, and those who register in advance online will be able to expedite their entry. Those who do not pre-register can still register on the day of the event.
Pre-registration is available via a QR code or by emailing promo.koreadaily@gmail.com.
