Sacramento police have issued a murder warrant for Camron Lee, 39, after the body of his girlfriend was discovered inside his Sacramento home. Lee vanished with their two children shortly after the incident. The Sacramento Police Department announced on April 9 that the charge was based on newly uncovered evidence, though the nature of that evidence has not been publicly disclosed, according to ABC10 News.

Sacramento Murder Warrant Follows Discovery of Woman’s Body
In July 2024, authorities found Angelica Bravo, Lee’s girlfriend and the mother of the missing children, dead in the residence. A coroner’s report noted signs of blunt force trauma, abrasions, and possible asphyxiation. Despite these findings, the exact cause of death could not be determined.
Father Disappears with Children After Sacramento Death
Following the discovery, Lee disappeared with their children — Athena, 4, and Mateo, 3. Nearly a year later, their whereabouts remain unknown. Police believe Lee may have fled to Southern California or Mexico.
FBI Joins Sacramento Murder Warrant Investigation
Because of the Sacramento murder warrant, the case has now expanded beyond local law enforcement. Sacramento Police spokesperson Anthony Gamble confirmed that the warrant allows for federal cooperation with the FBI, including international search efforts in Mexico.
Public Asked to Help Locate Lee and Children
Police continue to request public assistance in locating Camron Lee and the two missing children.
