
Chef Roy Choi’s much beloved Korean Mexican taco truck, Kogi, is adding another anchored location after the successful Kogi Taqueria in Palms. This time, Chef Choi is bringing his taqueria to Whole Foods.
To be located inside of Whole Foods Market in Plaza El Segundo, this new outpost of Kogi will be serving the popular short rib taco and other featured items.
This newly opening location is not the first try for Choi to partner with the healthy grocery store chain. Choi’s Korean Mexican rice bowl operation, Chego, also have an outpost in Whole Foods location in DTLA opened last year.
The opening date for Kogi Taqueria at Whole Foods is November 9.
