Lee Joon-Gi Possibly Act in Korean Remake of Criminal Minds

Lee Joon-gi might be coming back as a FBI profiler! The actor of recent drama series Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo is in discussion for the lead role in Korean remake of CBS drama series, Criminal Minds.

According to a related source, Lee Joon-gi has been offered with the lead role in Criminal Minds‘ Korean remake and the actor is considering it for his comeback drama after Scarlet Heart Ryeo.

Criminal Minds is a world-popular series of CBS, which records an average of 13 million viewers per episode.

Previously, Taewon Entertainment, which produced hit dramas like Iris and Athena, has confirmed to work with ABC Studio and Disney Media Distribution for the remake of Criminal Minds. Korean remake of the drama will start filming in spring this year with a plan to air in the third quarter.

Meanwhile, the actor is currently continuing his Asia tour. He is visiting Hong Kong on January 22, while being requested for additional visits from each country.
