Eater LA, a leading food media outlet, has named Rich Crab, a Korean seafood restaurant in Los Angeles’ Koreatown, to its latest list of the best seafood restaurants in LA.

According to Eater, Rich Crab specializes in ganjang-gejang (soy-marinated raw crab) and offers a generous set menu that includes spicy braised salmon head, kimchi pancakes, soy-marinated crab, spicy marinated crab, and crab stew. The outlet particularly praised the ganjang-gejang for its “rich, sweet soy sauce flavor.”
Other notable restaurants featured on the list include:
- Holbox, a Latin-style seafood eatery also recognized by the Michelin Guide
- Eatle Fish, known for fish burgers
- The Boiling Crab (Burbank), offering Cajun-style seafood
- Fish Town, where seafood is fried to order on-site
- Connie & Ted’s, famous for clam chowder and lobster rolls
