The animated film KPop Demon Hunters, released on June 20, 2025, follows three K-pop idols who secretly battle supernatural forces. According to GamesRadar+, the movie has become one of Netflix’s biggest animated successes, amassing over 400 million views within 18 weeks of its release.

The inclusion of HUNTR/X in one of America’s most high-profile holiday concerts marks a cultural crossover moment — where K-pop, animation, and Western pop converge. As the group brings its cinematic sound and EDM-infused performance style to a live audience for the first time, fans can expect a blend of storytelling, choreography, and high-energy visuals that mirror the spirit of the film.
