The Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Los Angeles announced on May 13 that it will be holding a four-day online job fair from May 30 to June 2 in partnership with the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA) Los Angeles and Job Korea USA.
Founded in 2012, this is the largest job fair in the West, and this year marks its 12th annual event. The fair has been moved online due to the pandemic, and this year’s event will also be accessible to out-of-state participants.
The 2023 fair will offer a wider range of jobs in collaboration with KOTRA offices in Dallas and Detroit, in addition to Los Angeles. The objective of the event is to connect more than 100 companies and 2,000 potential employees.
Job positions available range from computer programming, accounting, marketing, international sales, to engineering, and more.
Job seekers can participate in the job search process, from résumé submission to interviews with potential companies, through the online job fair website operated by Job Korea USA (jobkoreausa.com/kotra).
