Audi West Covina is now under new Korean American ownership, with Julian Kim and Victor Oh announcing on August 9 that they have taken over the dealership. The new leadership plans to enhance customer service, pricing policies, and operational efficiency to deliver a faster and more transparent car-buying and service experience.
Leadership Background
Victor Oh, the dealership’s Dealer Principal, has more than 25 years of experience in the automotive industry, working with brands such as Audi, Porsche, Lexus, Toyota, and BMW. His career includes overseeing operations for 14 dealerships and building expertise in marketing, customer service, and dealership development. He is also an entrepreneur who has founded six startups, three of which he is currently successfully operating.
Julian Kim, the dealership’s General Manager and co-owner, brings over two decades of dealership management experience. He previously led some of the highest-performing Audi stores in the Los Angeles metro area and has worked with Mercedes-Benz and Hyundai, focusing on product launches and customer experience improvements.

“Our goal is simple,” said Kim. “We want to offer the lowest prices and fastest service—without unnecessary procedures. We will maintain transparency in sales and treat customers like family.”
The new management team emphasized its commitment to making the dealership experience more efficient and straightforward, ensuring customers receive prompt service and clear pricing.
Korean-Language Support
Audi West Covina also plans to strengthen ties with the local Korean American community by staffing Korean-speaking sales and service professionals. This initiative is intended to improve communication and support for Korean American customers in the area.
