Frontier Airlines has unveiled an aggressive new promotion targeting long-distance travelers with its annual unlimited flight pass, GoWild!, available for just $299 through September 5. After that date, the price doubles to $599.
The pass, valid for the 2026–2027 travel season, offers an unusually long 20-month validity period. Unlike previous years, travelers can use it immediately upon purchase, marking the longest redemption window since the program’s launch in 2022.
Industry analysts say the timing is strategic. Spirit Airlines has faced two bankruptcy scares within a year, while Southwest Airlines has angered customers by dropping its free checked bag policy. In this environment, Frontier is seizing the opportunity to capture dissatisfied budget-conscious travelers.

The GoWild! pass allows passengers to book domestic flights one day in advance and international flights 10 days in advance. Blackout dates apply during peak seasons, and extras such as seat selection and checked baggage still carry additional fees. However, base fares cost just one cent plus taxes and fees.
Frontier first introduced the GoWild! program in 2022 and has offered seasonal promotions each year. With this latest launch, the carrier is positioning itself as the most flexible option among U.S. budget airlines.
