Good Hands Foundation, a Korean American nonprofit led by James Cho, is providing free tax preparation help for Korean American residents in San Bernardino County and Riverside County starting Feb. 2, 2026, the organization said. The service will be available weekly from Monday through Thursday, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Eligibility is limited to taxpayers whose individual or household annual income is below $95,000, with investment income of $11,950 or less.

Good Hands Foundation said it will offer same-day, in-person assistance at its Chino office located at 14726 Ramona Ave. #415, where staff will help visitors complete their tax returns on site.

Visitors are asked to bring a photo ID, a Social Security card, copies of documents related to filing 2025 taxes, health insurance documents, and their 2024 tax return.

In a statement, James Cho said the program is intended to reduce the burden for Korean Americans in San Bernardino County and Riverside County who have had to drive long distances to get tax filing help, and to make the same service available for free closer to where they live.

Good Hands Foundation said anyone seeking the free tax filing service must call 909-334-4794 to make an appointment before visiting.
