Bringing Korean Medicine’s Approach to Pain-Free Living to English Readers
Dr. Winston Lee, Director of Doctor Acupuncture & Korean Medicine in Fullerton, has released the English edition of his widely read Korean health book “Living to 100 Without Spine or Joint Pain.” The new version, titled “Discovering Path to Pain Free Life,” is now available as an eBook on Amazon Kindle.
This latest work compiles and expands upon the health columns Dr. Lee contributed for years to The Korea Daily. It covers a broad range of subjects—from the prevention and treatment of neck, back, and joint disorders to internal diseases, golf-related injuries, detoxification, and holistic lifestyle medicine. Written in a clear, reader-friendly style and enriched with illustrations, the book introduces the philosophy and practicality of Korean medicine to English-speaking readers who seek natural, preventive approaches to pain relief and overall wellness.
Dr. Lee is a licensed acupuncturist, a doctor of Korean medicine, and holds a Ph.D. from Kyung Hee University. He formerly served as the Medical Director of Jaseng Hospital of Korean Medicine in the U.S. and now operates his own clinic in Fullerton, California.
“My goal is to share the wisdom of Korean medicine beyond language barriers and help more people achieve a pain-free, healthy life,” said Dr. Lee.
