BLACKPINK Drops MLB NBA Sportswear Collab Ahead of LA Shows

BLACKPINK is ramping up excitement for their upcoming Los Angeles concerts with a new limited-edition sportswear collection in collaboration with Fanatics and Complex.

The collection, launched on Tuesday, July 8, blends BLACKPINK’s bold K-pop aesthetic with MLB and NBA team designs. It features Mitchell & Ness jerseys, hoodies, tees, and hats reimagined with BLACKPINK’s signature style. The pieces highlight teams such as the Los Angeles Lakers, Dodgers, Chicago Bulls, Cubs, White Sox, New York Knicks, and Mets.

For Los Angeles fans, the release comes just days before BLACKPINK takes over Sofi Stadium for two nights. Their first show on July 12 sold out quickly, leading to the addition of a second show on July 13. The performances are part of BLACKPINK’s 2025 world tour, which spans North America, Europe, and Asia.

Pop-up shops will offer fans a chance to browse the collection in person. In Los Angeles, the Fanatics x Complex pop-up runs from July 11 to July 13, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., at 433 N Fairfax Ave.

BLACKPINK’s collaboration with Fanatics and Complex adds another milestone to their growing list of global brand partnerships. The group — JISOO, JENNIE, ROSÉ, and LISA — debuted in 2016 and quickly rose to international stardom with hits like DDU-DU DDU-DU and Kill This Love. Their second album, BORN PINK, sold 2.82 million copies and topped both the Billboard 200 and the UK Official Album Chart, a first for an Asian female artist.

With over 97 million YouTube subscribers, BLACKPINK continues to expand their influence beyond music into fashion, sports, and digital media — a strategy clearly reflected in this latest capsule launch tied to their US stadium shows.
