Asiana Airlines flight reduction is set to temporarily limit the Los Angeles–Incheon route to one daily departure, as Asiana Airlines adjusts its aircraft operation plans for the first half of next year.
Beginning January 15, the airline will suspend one of its two daily flights and operate only the nighttime departure, flight OZ203, through May 31. According to the company, flights will gradually increase starting June 1, with plans to resume two daily operations on July 1. The airline described the reduction as part of an internal business plan adjustment based on its updated fleet schedule.

Asiana Airlines began informing affected customers on December 2 through email and posted an official notice on its website and mobile platforms. To minimize inconvenience, the airline is offering:
-
Alternative flights on the same travel date
-
Waived fees for date changes, refunds, and ticket reissuance
Customers who booked directly through the Asiana Airlines website (PC, mobile web, or app) or through its reservation center may request changes by calling 800-227-4262 or by submitting the designated form listed on the airline’s U.S. website.
Travelers who purchased tickets through travel agencies or online travel platforms must process changes or refunds through their original point of purchase.
A spokesperson for Asiana Airlines apologized for the disruption, stating that the schedule adjustment stems from aircraft operation plan changes. The airline emphasized that it will “actively support customers by adjusting itineraries to their preferred dates or offering alternative flights on other carriers to ensure travel plans proceed smoothly.”
