China’s largest sportswear company Anta Sports has opened its first North American store in Beverly Hills as it moves to target the U.S. market.

In a report dated February 24, 2026, the Los Angeles Times said Anta Sports, which uses the slogan “Keep Moving,” opened a roughly 2,500-square-foot flagship store on February 13, 2026 at 330 N Beverly Dr. The move was framed as a challenge to “Just Do It” brand Nike.
The store is expected to serve as more than a retail space, with plans to run programs such as running clubs and sports events that local residents can join.
NBA players Kyrie Irving of the Dallas Mavericks and Klay Thompson attended the opening event. Both were previously sponsored by Nike and now have partnerships with Anta. Irving, who joined Anta as Chief Creative Officer (CCO), has launched his signature basketball shoe line, “Kai,” and recently released a model marking the Chinese Spring Festival.
Anta is selling running and lifestyle shoes at the store, with prices ranging from $80 to more than $200.
Founded in 1991, Anta Sports records annual revenue of more than $10 billion and previously served as the sportswear sponsor for China’s national team at the 2012 London Olympics.
As of June 2025, Anta Sports operates more than 13,000 stores worldwide and employs about 65,500 people.
