Actor Lee Jae-wook confirmed to be dating aespa’s Karina

aespa’s Karina is dating actor Lee Jae-wook, both of the entertainers’ agencies confirmed Tuesday.

“The two are currently in a stage where they are getting to know each other,” Lee’s agency, CJes Studios, said.

“Since the actor is currently working on a new piece and the matter is a private one, we ask for your warm support,” the studio added.

SM Entertainment, Karina’s agency, echoed the statement shortly after.

Reports that aespa’s Karina was dating Lee first surfaced on Tuesday morning.

Karina debuted as a member of girl group aespa under SM Entertainment in 2020. aespa dropped its fourth EP “Drama” in November and will kick off its second world tour “Synk: Parallel Line” in June.

Lee debuted in 2018 through tvN drama “Memories of the Alhambra” and starred in “Search WWW” (2019), MBC drama “Extraordinary You” (2019) “Alchemy of Souls” (2022) and more.

Lee is set to take a leading role in the upcoming Disney+ drama “The Impossible Heir,” which is set to release its first episode on Wednesday.
