K-pop heavyweights Big Bang have finally confirmed the date of their highly anticipated comeback.
The popular boy band unveiled a teaser image on Tuesday that indicated the release date of their upcoming album. According to the image, the group will drop their third full-length studio album on Dec. 12, their first full-length Korean release in eight years.
Their upcoming album “MADE” was supposed to have been released much earlier, but was delayed due to the group’s busy schedules. The group previously unveiled eight brand new singles last year divided into four separate releases under the “MADE” album name.
The group will also be returning with a double title track release, according to their agency, which has become customary of YG artists.
The boy band has been celebrating their ten year anniversary and is currently on tour in Japan. They are set to hold a two-day concert in Korea at the Gocheok Sky Dome on Jan. 7.
Meanwhile, the record will be the final music release by the group before band member T.O.P enlists for his mandatory military duties. He will be serving in the military band division of the National Police Agency starting early next year.
