MAGA Supporters Plan ‘Invasion’ of Disneyland for Feb. 28 Event

An activist group is promoting a gathering at Disneyland in Anaheim on February 28 called the “Disneyland MAGA Invasion,” encouraging visitors to wear MAGA-themed attire while clarifying that the event is not affiliated with the resort according to the Los Angeles Daily News.

The Patriots in the Park event is presented by 805 Patriots, a political group based in California’s 805 area code known for organizing flag runs in support of President Trump and conservative causes. The group’s event page urges attendees to “stand for tradition” and participate in the gathering at the theme park.

Event organizers encourage participants to wear red MAGA hats and blue “Make Disney Great Again” shirts. The group advises attendees not to bring American or MAGA flags into Disneyland. According to the 805 Patriots merchandise page, limited-edition Patriots in the Park T-shirts are available for $30, hoodies for $50, and baby onesies for $20.

The event logo uses the distinctive “Waltograph” Disney-style font and features a Revolutionary War soldier holding a Betsy Ross flag beside Sleeping Beauty Castle, along with the slogan “Make Disney Great Again.” An agenda for Patriots in the Park will be sent to attendees closer to the February 28 event date.

The gathering resembles other unofficial meetups held at Disneyland, including Gay Days, Dapper Day, Bats Days, and the MiceChat Gumball Rally, none of which are officially sanctioned by the resort. Under park rules, Disneyland may deny entry to guests wearing inappropriate attire, and flags or demonstrations are not permitted inside the theme park.
