A new jelly treat has grabbed attention: Frida’s Boogie Bites candy, a gummy inspired by the look of boogers. The Boogie Bites candy launch is part of a marketing campaign promoting Frida’s well-known infant nasal aspirator, Nose Frida.

According to the company, the gummies come in three colors and shapes that mimic boogers’ appearance and color. Despite the cheeky theme, the product is made with ingredients that are safe to eat. The label released by Frida lists tapioca syrup, cane sugar, purified water, pectin, vitamin C (ascorbic acid), citric acid, natural flavors, turmeric and spirulina extracts for color, salt, and fruit-and-vegetable juices for color.
Sales began October 27 via GoPuff, where the candy is sold exclusively for $3.99. Availability includes large metros such as Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Houston, Miami, Dallas, Boston, and Philadelphia. Early tasters described the flavor as sweet-and-tart, similar to lemon gummies.
The brand drew similar buzz this summer with a limited-run “breast-milk-flavored ice cream,” created in collaboration with OddFellows. While it contained no human-derived ingredients, Frida said it offered a sweet taste with hints of honey and colostrum. That collaboration was a one-time release and is no longer on sale.
