CGV at The Source mall in Buena Park reopened today, May 23, after halting operations in mid-March.
The theater is now officially named CGV by Regency Buena Park Cinema and is operated by Regency Theatres, a movie chain based in Calabasas. The company announced the reopening via social media and directed customers to check listings and purchase tickets on its website, regencymovies.com.

According to the website, the theater will screen four titles:
- Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning
- The Opposition
- Final Destination: Bloodlines
- Lilo & Stitch
These films are scheduled only for May 23 and May 29. No showtimes are currently listed for May 24–28 or from May 30 onward.
Regency Theatres noted on its site that showtimes are typically finalized 5 to 7 days in advance. Visitors are encouraged to check the website regularly for updates on new listings.
