Not because he graduated Westpoint or became a prosecutor. Paul Seo remembers what happened back in 1992, the time when everything collapsed. He saw his dad’s liquor store burned down and his family had to start all over. Now he is a father of two with his hard working wife and he says he wants to serve and represent people in the city hall for the next generation. He will become a first Asian council ever if elected.
