Los Angeles Koreatown will add yet another hotel to its name.
Real estate media Curbed LA recently reported that the plans to build a 99-room hotel on Olympic Boulevard and Dewey Avenue has been registered at the city government on Aug. 30.
La Villa Puente, LLC is the firm in charge of the project that will replace old bungalow homes at 966 South Dewey Avenue. The hotel will also provide parking spaces for 63 vehicles with a lounge and fitness center on the first floor.
Meanwhile, another hotel with 110 rooms is currently in the works nearby, while Aventura Hotel also opened in the vicinity two years ago.
