Cao Lu Shares Her Secret Workout Tips and Diet Recipes

Cao Lu showed her extraordinary love for exercise and shared secret diet tips.

Fashion magazine ‘CeCi’ met Fiestar’s Cao Lu through its April edition. Recently, she came back with a new spring carol song, which she sang with Yerin and Kisum. This time, she showed off her glamorous body.

She confessed that she has become a workout enthusiast especially after she gained the gold medal for rhythm gymnastics at the ‘Idol Star Athletics Championships’ recently. Cao Lu said both gym workout and rhythm gymnastics are very effective for diet.

Despite her regular appearances on a ‘food’ variety show, Cao Lu keeps her perfect body shape with her own diet juice recipe. She makes a diet smoothie with low-fat milk, avocado, and 2/3 large spoon of honey.

She shared another tip, which is ‘stretching’ after a workout. She said if she stretches her body, she has no muscle pain the next day.
