El Camino Real resident Kwak also has not paid $742,994 in sales tax. Another Korean who ran a bar near Los Angeles Koreatown is due for $540,977, while San Francisco-based café owner Park was also included in the list for a $496,545 in unpaid taxes.

L.A. residents Han and Kim are also due for $490,000 and $289,197 in sales tax, respectively.

The FTB has been releasing the list of top 250 delinquent taxpayers with more than $100,000 in unpaid taxes every year since 2007. Since 2014, the FTB has expanded the list to top 500 delinquent taxpayers.
