Drinking much water is one of the easiest healthy habits one can have. For the maximum benefit, drink a cup of water before each meal. Since people tend to misinterpret thirst with hunger, drinking enough amount of water before the meal can prevent eating more than you want. When drinking water, do not replace with other beverages like juice or coffee.

Fruits are healthy alternatives for processed snacks, but eating fruits after the meal, especially after dinner, may increase your blood sugar level.

There are numerous pressed juice products and other healthy forms of fruits and vegetables juice in the market, but replacing a meal, especially breakfast, with a cup of juice or smoothie is not a good idea. Consuming enough carbohydrates in the morning is necessary to provide stable energy throughout the day – since a cup of juice is not sufficient to provide as such, try supplement lacking carbohydrates by eating a bowl of cereal or a piece of bread.
