Yoo Seung-jun lost his last chance to enter Korea.
Seoul High Court on 23rd announced that they has judged on Yoo Seung-jun’s appeal rejection reasoning that the Korean Consulate General in Los Angeles’s rejection is lawful.
Related to this decision, Yoo Seung-jun’s side is arguing that “We haven’t read the sentencing yet. We will decide on whether to precede to final appeal later.” They also mentioned, “Yoo Seung-jun is desperately wanting to come to Korea.”
Meanwhile, Yoo Seung-jun received exemption from the military as he gave up Korean citizenship and acquired U.S. citizenship back in January, 2002. The Ministry of Justice had put restraint on Yoo from entering Korea, and Yoo has been prohibited from entering Korea for 15 years.
