Scarlett Johansson Visits Korea and Mentions Park Geun-hye and Trump

Actress Scarlett Johansson visited Korea and talked about the recent impeachment of Park Geun-hye.

On 17th, at the press conference of her new film ‘Ghost in the Shell’ that took place in Intercontinental Hotel in Seoul, Johansson said that she “first heard about Park’s impeachment through news”.

One of the reporters asked Johansson, “While the U.S. political situations are currently not very good because of President Donald Trump, Korean political situations are not good, either, because of Park’s impeachment. Do you know about this? And if you do, what do you think about it?”

Johansson answered, “I think it would be difficult if you bring me into the Korean politics. I heard about her impeachment through the news. American politics is also very complicated. I don’t think I should talk about anything related to the Korean politics.”

Scarlett Johansson’s new film ‘Ghost in the Shell’ will release on the 29th.
