Jung Chae-yeon talk about her diet. In a recent interview, she revealed that she lost 16kg in 3 months.

She said, “I went from 64kg to 16kg in three months. I almost ate nothing but tofu and soy milk. And if I was really hungry, I ate cherry tomatoes. And of course because I practiced a lot of dancing I lost weight”.

She also talked about her after-diet plans. “My health became worse after the diet and my blood pressure has been very bad. I now eat some food because I have to work. And people don’t faint easily. I don’t really take particular vitamins or other nutritional supplements.”

When asked about her busy schedule she answered, “I really wanna show more but I can’t because of the busy schedule. I worry that I will disappoint my fans.”
